Running for Board of Assessment Appeals:
As a candidate for the Board of Assessment Appeals I will bring integrity and fairness. The BOAA is an independent entity whose function is to resolve disputes between the town assessor and the taxpayers over values of locally assessed property. I promise to work extremely hard to ensure that the taxpayers claims are seriously considered in every case that is brought before us.
- Employed at Electric boat as a Ship Safety Officer currently for submarines
- Current US Army Veteran trained in helicopter avionics
- Previous three-year assignment for the AirGuard as a heavy wheel mechanic
- Deployed in 2003 to Kuwait for “Enduring Freedom”
- Proud, past family business owner for 17 years of Nita’s Restaurant in Willimantic
- Volunteer Coach for my daughter’s softball league and son’s T-ball league
- Husband of a wonderful wife and father of three
