Glenn Shilosky
Running for Board of Assessment Appeals:
I have lived in Colchester for 47 years, since my parents moved here when I was 4 years old. My wife and I have been married for 24 years, and we currently have one child currently enrolled at William J. Johnston Middle School. I am running as a Republican for the Board of Assessment Appeals. I am here to listen to the citizens of Colchester for the betterment of our community. I, like the rest of my Republican running mates, believe in “People before Government”.
- I have been Colchester resident for 47 years.
- I have been at my place of my employment for 22 plus years with increased roles and responsibilities throughout my career.
- I am a U.S. Army combat veteran who served for 11 years in the Connecticut National Guard which deployed for Iraqi freedom in 2003.
- My work ethic is strong and was taught by someone with those same values and ethics, my father, Art Shilosky.
